Privacy Policy

SVG Converter is an online file-conversion and AI-assisted design service operated by GREAT Voyage LLC ("SVG Converter," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to svgconverter.ai and the related services that link to it.

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we may receive your provider account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and authentication details needed to maintain your session. We do not receive your provider password.
• Files and generation inputs. We process files you upload, prompts you submit, selected formats and settings, generated results, and technical file metadata such as size, type, and image dimensions.
• Account and transaction records. We keep free-use history, membership status, conversion jobs, and payment-related identifiers and status. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store complete card numbers.
• Technical and usage information. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, error details, and analytics events needed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• Upload, convert, generate, store, and deliver requested files.
• Manage free-use limits, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and support.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We use service providers only as needed to operate SVG Converter. These currently include Supabase for authentication, database, and object storage; Stripe for billing; fal.ai and its underlying model providers for applicable AI generation and conversion tasks; Vercel for website hosting; and Google Analytics for product analytics.

When you choose an AI-powered operation, the relevant prompt, input file, or derived data may be sent to the AI processing provider so it can produce the requested result. Those providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored in cloud object storage under unique paths. Resource links may be publicly reachable by anyone who possesses the exact URL, so you should not share a result URL with someone who should not access that file.

We retain account, job, file, and usage information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Payment, free-use, subscription, security, and audit records may be retained after an account is deactivated when required for those purposes.

We use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain authentication, remember language preferences, secure the service, and understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to service providers described above, when you direct us to share it, in a business reorganization, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.

SVG Converter and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls, and provider security features. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal information. You may also revoke SVG Converter from your Google, Apple, or Facebook account settings.

To request account deletion, use the account-deletion control offered in the product or email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "SVG Converter Account Deletion." We will deactivate the account and delete or anonymize eligible personal information, subject to the retention obligations described above.

SVG Converter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address the request.
